Role Overview: We are seeking a remote Executive Assistant with expertise in marketing, Zoho Campaigns, and social media management—particularly on Facebook and LinkedIn. This role blends executive support with a strong marketing focus, including creating campaign content, managing digital outreach, and analyzing performance metrics. You’ll support company leadership while taking ownership of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and expand our reach. Provide remote executive-level support: calendar management, meeting coordination, and professional communication. Plan, write, and design campaign content for email marketing, social media, and digital outreach aligned with brand tone and goals. Manage and execute targeted email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, ensuring consistency and engagement. Create, schedule, and manage social media content across Facebook and LinkedIn to grow audience and engagement. Analyze campaign performance across email and social platforms; provide insights and recommendations to optimize future outreach. Conduct targeted, high-volume outreach (email and phone) to prospects and partners, with a focus on the Atlanta market. Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, content strategy, and campaign execution. Use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and boost marketing efficiency.
Qualifications: Language: Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus. Typing Speed: 60+ WPM (typing test required). Experience: Prior experience working with service-based clients (restaurants or contractors preferred). Marketing Expertise: Proficient in Zoho Campaigns, social media platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn), and campaign content creation. Content Creation: Strong writing, formatting, and design skills for developing compelling marketing content across channels. Analytics and Tools: Able to track campaign results, interpret analytics, and make data-informed recommendations. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Zoho tools, automation platforms, and digital communication software. Location & Hours: Must be based in South America and available to work remotely during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
