We’re hiring an Account Executive (LATAM) to help drive enrollment for one of the fastest-growing trade school graduate producers in the U.S. In this mid-level, full-cycle sales role, you’ll guide qualified leads through the enrollment journey—helping individuals unlock career opportunities through life-changing education. This is a mission-driven opportunity for someone who thrives in consultative sales and is excited to make a real difference in people's lives. Your Work Schedule:






Tuesday to Thursday: 1PM – 8PM EST Saturday: 9AM – 3PM EST
What You’ll Be Doing: Engage inbound leads and proactively follow up with interested prospects Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and tailor value-driven pitches Handle objections, build rapport, and move candidates through the sales funnel Assist leadership with follow-ups and closing conversations Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in HubSpot (or similar CRM) Collaborate with the team to improve sales messaging, targeting, and workflows
What You Bring: 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience At least 1 year of experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting Minimum 1 year in an Account Executive or similar quota-carrying role Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish fluency is a plus) Organized, self-motivated, and skilled at managing multiple conversations Comfortable working independently in a remote environment during EST hours Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
