We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and performance of assigned products and features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage priorities, identify opportunities using a data-driven approach, and create business cases. Key responsibilities include developing product roadmaps, conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing customer and merchant user journeys, and leading product development. You will use data to prioritize products, features, and projects, and collaborate with engineers and designers to build comprehensive end-to-end solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, experience leading teams and/or influencing outcomes, and strong analytical and data visualization skills. Additionally, proficiency in SQL, understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, and familiarity with technology tools such as Atlassian products, Figma, and Survey Monkey are preferred.
