Position: Audiovisual Content Specialist / Motion Designer As an Audiovisual Content Specialist / Motion Designer at OQ Trading Technology, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality and creativity of all audiovisual materials produced by the marketing team. This role is key to ensuring that visual content remains consistent with brand identity while delivering more immersive, engaging, and impactful experiences for users and consumers. You will work closely with other team members to support the production of educational videos, promotional content, social media materials, webinars, and digital events. Key responsibilities and objectives: Video editing and animation Function: Edit videos and create motion graphics for various formats and platforms. Objective: Elevate the visual quality of every production, ensuring a professional finish aligned with brand standards. User experience optimization Function: Develop audiovisual content that enhances user experience and engagement. Objective: Create materials that captivate and maintain the interest of the target audience, strengthening brand perception. Brand consistency and creativity Function: Ensure that all audiovisual pieces are aligned with the brand’s graphic identity and tone. Objective: Maintain visual consistency and reinforce brand positioning across all digital channels. Cross-functional team support Function: Collaborate closely with Community Management, PR, Marketing, and Production roles. Objective: Ensure that all audiovisual needs of the team are met efficiently and creatively. Innovation and audiovisual trends Function: Research and apply new trends and technologies in audiovisual design. Objective: Keep productions fresh, innovative, and competitive in the market. Technical preparation and delivery Function: Export and deliver final materials in the correct formats for each platform (YouTube, Instagram, webinars, etc.). Objective: Ensure accurate publishing and distribution of content without technical errors. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field. 1+ years of experience in motion graphics, video production, or multimedia content creation. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of animation principles, typography, and storytelling techniques. Experience with audio editing software (e.g., Audition, Logic Pro) is a plus. Basic understanding of 3D design (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video and motion design projects. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Skills: Experience with branding and marketing-oriented content. Understanding of social media platforms and what makes engaging visual content for each. Familiarity with scripting and storyboarding processes.
