About the Area Structured credit has gained popularity among investors seeking portfolio diversification and potential returns above equity strategies. To cater to this demand, we have dedicated an entire area to providing innovative solutions for credit investments. Our approach involves a robust origination, asset selection, analysis, structuring, and frequent monitoring process, underpinned by solid fundamentals to mitigate losses. About the Role We seek a highly skilled professional to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of companies and industries under coverage. This expertise will enable them to effectively convey the main risks and opportunities associated with investments. - The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring industries and credits under coverage. - They will develop financial models (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow) and databases for respective companies and industries. - They will create investment cases and quarterly results to present to the Investment Committee. - They will analyze bond issues, corporate events, and possible corporate restructurings. - They will maintain continuous communication with portfolio managers on the impact and consequences of relevant news. - They will establish a network of contacts with Latin American companies and the regional and international financial community. - They will organize and participate in meetings/conferences with companies in the industries covered. - They will support the sales team in customer service. - They will work with high standards of professionalism and technical exigency. - They will contribute significantly to the investment process of LatAm fixed income strategies individually and as a team. - They will support PMs/CoPMs in managing information, tracking results, and opportunities. - They will assist PMs/CoPMs in presentations, as required, for Management Committees, Townhalls, new products, and current products updates. - They will ensure that the senior team has visibility into relevant information throughout the investment process. - They will train and develop the junior team, guiding and mentoring them through feedback. Requirements: - Relevant experience in the financial industry. - Bachelor's Degree (mandatory). - Knowledge of Latin American markets, financial products, valuation of financial assets, and financial modeling (mandatory). - Fluent English (mandatory). - CFA (desirable). - Database and programming language skills (desirable). - High analytical skills. - Focus on excellence, detail, thoroughness, and depth of analysis. - Strategic vision, with the ability to understand in-depth the companies and industries under coverage and detect opportunities and risks based on movements in relevant variables. - Soft skills, ability to work as part of a team, and high level of demand. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, able to influence, and with good interpersonal relationships. - Ability to learn from mistakes. - Capacity to visualize challenges as opportunities.
