Job Title: Senior Sales Development Manager / BackOffice The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support for student recruitment from Latin America. This role requires a seasoned professional with a solid understanding of international recruitment within the education sector, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead administrative processes, including policy updates, referrals, payments, and database management. 2. Maintain relationships with Account and Regional managers, ensuring seamless communication and query resolution. 3. Proactively manage agent bookings, leveraging Salesforce CRM System and internal databases. 4. Develop strong partnerships with agents and our customer services team, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support. 5. Resolve challenges, address complaints, and escalate issues to relevant line managers while providing superior customer service. 6. Efficiently manage cancellations & postponements, minimizing disruptions. 7. Collaborate closely with the Account and Regional Manager to drive regional success. 8. Stay up-to-date on Kaplan International products and services, ensuring expertise and confidence in their presentation. 9. Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving sales growth and team performance. 10. Strategically manage the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities to drive results and meet team targets. 11. Develop customized quotes, nurturing relationships with both new and existing partners. Essential Requirements: - Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales development or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. - Results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations. - Bilingual proficiency in English (C1) and proficiency in Spanish. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure. - Competent computer skills, with experience using Salesforce CRM System. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
