Key Responsibilities: · Receiving and reviewing initial client requests submitted online. · Build and customize digital benefit guides using existing templates and tools · Confirming client benefits based on their packages and ensuring accuracy of information in guides. · Enter and format benefit plan information accurately based on client-provided data and confirming benefits packages are accurate · Ensure consistency and accuracy across all guide components · Collaborate with internal teams to confirm guide requirements and timelines · Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients via email to confirm requirements, provide updates, and address questions · Make updates and revisions based on client feedback or renewal changes · Ship/send final product to the customer · Assist in quality assurance by proofreading guides for clarity, grammar, and formatting · Adhering to deadlines. · Communicate with clients via email if needed · Interact with Hubspot CRM to complete tickets Qualifications: · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines · Very important to have excellent written communication skills, ability to communicate professionally with customers · Familiarity with digital tools is preferred but not required Essential Skills & Experience: · Proficiency in HubSpot and understanding of CRM processes is required. · This role involves strictly building and reviewing documents for accuracy and maintaining a professional demeanor in email communications. · 1 year of experience in Customer support experience in the technology industry · If they worked HR space is plus.
