We are currently seeking an experienced ITAM ServiceNow Consultant with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience to join our team. What do we value? The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow ITAM and ServiceNow, with domain experience in Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow ITAM solutions to ensure efficient asset management. - Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow to meet business needs. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. - Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and procedures. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in asset management. - Conduct regular audits and assessments for continuous improvement. - Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow functionalities. - Work closely with stakeholders in Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities to tailor solutions. - Participate in project planning and execution for timely delivery. - Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making. - Stay updated with latest trends in ServiceNow and asset management technologies. Necessary Skills and Experience - Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITAM with hands-on experience. - Deep understanding of Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities domains. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Proficiency in project management and execution. - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. - Successful track record in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
