From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, our events feature world-class musicians, DJs, electrifying performers, and immersive visual effects tailored to each client’s vision. Role summary This remote, full-time Sales Manager role is responsible for driving revenue by generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with high-end clients. You will craft compelling pitch decks and leverage data to inform strategy and decisions. Key responsibilities * Own and optimize the full sales funnel from lead generation to contract close. * Develop and test outreach strategies to engage prospects. * Conduct polished outreach via email, phone, and video. * Write persuasive sales emails, proposals, and follow-ups. * Respond promptly and professionally to all sales communications. * Create pitch decks and sales materials that elevate the brand. * Maintain CRM pipelines, workflows, and dashboards. * Report on trends, progress, and opportunities for improvement. * Manage timelines and tasks in a project management platform. * Document sales processes and maintain clear SOPs. * Identify AI tools and automation opportunities to improve productivity. * Provide regular pipeline updates to leadership. * Deliver a polished, high-touch client experience. * Develop and manage a sales team. Success in this role means * Meeting or exceeding revenue and conversion targets. * Keeping leads and follow-ups organized and current. * Using data to drive decisions and improve performance. * Creating professional materials that strengthen the brand. * Proactively finding smarter, more effective ways to work. * Following company processes and documenting new strategies. * Rapidly achieving proficiency in all systems and tools. Qualifications * Proven success in a dedicated sales role. * Experience developing persuasive sales presentations and pitch decks. * Knowledge of Canva (required); graphic design experience is a plus. * Proficient with CRM systems (pipelines, workflows, reporting) * Experience using project management tools (preferably ClickUp or similar). * Fluent spoken and written English (native or near-native). * Confident communicator with a clear, professional style. * Highly detail-oriented and process-driven. * Tech-forward, with the ability to identify AI and automation opportunities. * Self-starter who takes ownership of results. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. * Experience in events, entertainment, luxury services, or with high-end clientele is a plus.
