The Role: Your Mission as a Solutions Architect We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Solutions Architect to design, develop, and deliver scalable and efficient technical solutions. As a key technical advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technology, ensuring seamless integration and performance of Sunbase’s platform for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to address client and business needs. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Guide the implementation process, ensuring solutions meet performance, reliability, and scalability standards. - Conduct assessments to identify system improvements, optimizations, and potential risks. - Provide technical leadership to developers and engineers, ensuring alignment between client expectations and developer timelines. - Develop and maintain documentation for system designs, configurations, and processes. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance Sunbase’s platform. - Work closely with product and sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including client demos and technical presentations. - Ensure compliance with security protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or solar industry solutions. - Proficiency in designing and integrating APIs and third-party systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. - Experience with CRM platforms and knowledge of the solar industry is a plus.
