Role Overview The Web Designer plays a pivotal role in crafting and developing websites that surpass our clients' expectations. This position demands a harmonious blend of creative design skills and technical development abilities, ensuring the delivery of visually appealing and highly functional websites. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with project managers and team members to define web strategies that align with client objectives. - Design site architectures, layouts, and interfaces that are intuitive and engaging. - Develop and test websites, prioritizing user experience and responsive design. - Conduct front-end development, seamlessly integrating websites on content management systems like WordPress, HubSpot COS, and GoHighLevel. - Configure technical aspects (plugins, workflows, forms) of websites to enhance functionality and user experience. - Conduct usability tests, analysis, and improvements to increase user experience and conversion rates. - (Optional) Possesses skills in print design, adding value to comprehensive design capabilities. Requirements - Proven experience in web design and development, with a portfolio showcasing skills and accomplishments. - Proficiency in front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of responsive design principles. - Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot COS, GoHighLevel) and ability to configure and manage plugins. - Strong understanding of site architecture, layout, and interface design. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with project managers and other team members. - Creative thinking with attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Medium English proficiency B2.
