The purpose of the internship program is to provide the university student with an opportunity to develop professional skills, gain practical experience, and gain exposure to Control Risks’ business methodologies. All this in a dynamic, demanding, and rewarding work environment where she/he can put into practice the knowledge acquired during her/his studies and learn while looking for solutions to real-life problems. The successful candidate will work under the direction of Principal, Associate Director, and Senior Consultants to support a range of different security consulting projects in which the team is assisting clients to achieve their business objectives in the face of operational difficulties. The position will also include supporting the team’s business development strategy. Responsibilities Support different security and risk consulting projects through research and other activities. Support executive protection tasks and engagements. Organize and present concise information orally and in writing in connection with assigned projects. Most communications (oral and written) will be in English. Engage in creative thinking and general problem-solving. Assist with scoping of engagements and management of day-to-day activities. Minimum Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree. Business fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
