Job Responsibilities: Social Media Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Backstage, etc. Talent Pipeline Building: Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future roles, ensuring a strong talent pool. Candidate Assessment: Conduct screenings to evaluate skills and cultural fit. Administrative Support: Update tracking spreadsheets, Asana tasks, email threads, and organizational tools for seamless communication. Collaboration: Work with the Project Manager of remote production to align sourcing with format needs. Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our culture to attract top talent. Profile Matching: Analyze profiles to identify individuals fitting our specific needs based on project requirements. Negotiation & Communication: Negotiate rates and secure talent within budget constraints. Requirements: Experience: 1+ year in talent acquisition, recruiting, or social media sourcing, preferably in remote, project-based environments. Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, VK); excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to assess and match profiles; strong organizational skills; proficiency in English and Russian.
