Job Summary This role supports category-changing initiatives in partnership with marketing, RDQ, finance and other functions. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of consumer trends and needs, business models as well as our competitors' strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Drive dialogue with Marketing, RDQ, Finance, other functions to assess and recommend business solutions. - Support strategic innovation roadmap. - Support innovation process, cross functionally from concept to commercialization. - Secure successful roll out of existing bundle in white space markets. - Support regions with best practices on winning bundle. Requirements: - 12+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or business development roles within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. - Demonstrated track record of contributing to the development and execution of successful marketing strategies. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - In-depth understanding of marketing principles and best practices. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Nielsen). - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Fluency in English is essential.
