Seeing our employees happy and comfortable is one of our top priorities. - Environment: Colombian and International Teams - Full-time / Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time - Salary: $3.500.000 + Commissions Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SDR to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound marketing, specifically in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach. This role will be pivotal in generating new business opportunities through prospecting, relationship-building, and qualifying leads. You will work closely with the sales team to set up meetings with potential clients and help expand our customer base. Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, company databases, and email marketing platforms. - Conduct outreach via cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication channels to engage prospects and generate interest. - Qualify leads by asking the right questions and ensuring that the leads are a good fit for our products/services. - Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs. - Follow up on prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into opportunities. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. - Maintain accurate records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). - Continuously optimize email campaigns to improve open and response rates. - Monitor and report on outreach performance and adjust strategies based on analytics. Qualifications: - Proven experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, and email outreach (minimum 2 years). - Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools. - Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar). - Strong communication and writing skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). - B2B marketing experience preferred. - Comfortable with data analysis and reporting. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in a Sales Development role. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and automation systems.
