About the Role "> This position involves strategic sales, focusing on building relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in sales and customer care. "> Sales Objectives "> - Meet or exceed individual sales targets by selling group programs and Young Learner products to B2B clients. - Develop and manage a full sales pipeline from quote to post-sale customer support. "> Responsibilities "> The Group Executive is responsible for promoting the ALPADIA UPP Germany program, handling inbound and outbound sales communications, and supporting client retention and reactivation strategies. This includes: - Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up on quotes and inquiries (English & Spanish). - Generate and manage leads through cold calling and database outreach. - Identify new business opportunities with private/public institutions. - Develop client relationships and schedule meetings with key decision-makers. - Maintain accurate booking and reporting systems. - Provide high-quality support before, during, and after booking. - Resolve issues, manage cancellations/postponements, and escalate complaints as needed. "> Key Qualifications "> The successful candidate will possess: - A minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication and negotiation skills. - Salesforce CRM experience is an asset. - Strong attention to detail, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
