The Truecaller for Business team is dedicated to making a positive impact on identity, risks, and business communications. Here are the key responsibilities of this role: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LATAM market, leveraging your Spanish language skills to build relationships with potential clients and manage partnerships. - Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the LATAM region. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals. This role requires: - Proven B2B sales experience in SAAS, preferably in the LATAM market or with Spanish-speaking clients. - Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level) and excellent English communication skills. - Experience working with Telcos/CPaaS companies is beneficial.
