**About Us**: **Our Compliance Team** The Compliance Team has a very special role in our mission: support the company's growth by identifying the Compliance risks that Nubank faces in Colombia; designing and implementing controls to protect Nubank from such risks; and by providing advisory to the business units on regulations and internal policies to create the best product or service that follows with these external and internal standards. What is Compliance Risk? Is the exposure to legal penalties (sanctions or fines), financial loss, reputation or image damage that Nubank faces in its operations in Colombia when it fails to act in accordance with laws and regulations, internal policies or prescribed best practices. **As a Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst you're expected to**: - Support the implementation and propose improvements to the Regulatory Compliance Program in Colombia. - Handling inquiries/requirements received from Regulators/Supervisors, specially from the SFC, among others Supervisors and Auditors. - Reviewing regulation updates and other sources of information to define impact analysis or applicability to operations in Colombia. - Keeping other teams abreast of requirements by researching regulatory and filing information; writing and communicating guidelines. - Supporting the first line on the definition of action plans to understand and implement new regulation applicable to operations in Colombia, by providing advisory to other teams about the regulation to establish new processes or controls under a risk perspective. - Keeping synergies between countries about regulatory requirements and best practices to mitigate compliance risk (Brazil, Mexico). - Identifying, assessing and monitoring regulatory compliance risk, by defying the methodology and procedures. - Providing permanent advisory (business as usual - BAU and also for new Products and Features - NP&F;) - Helping plan, execute and conduct the Compliance Training and Testing Plans. - Preparing regulatory Compliance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. **We are looking for a **Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst **who has**: - At least 5 years' or above experience in Regulatory or Compliance areas, **ideally liaising with regulators** (desirable but not mandatory knowledge in AML/CFT matters). - Deep and good understanding about financial regulation applicable to banks/financial institutions in Colombia. - Good knowledge of financial markets, business environment, products, services and operations, specifically on banking. - The ability to identify and define problems, build project plans to address them, and manage implementation of their solutions. - Fluency in both English and Spanish. **Benefits**: - Chance of earning equity at Nu - Extended maternity and paternity leaves - Health and life insurance - NuCare - Our mental health and wellness assistance program - Nucleo - Our learning platform of courses - NuLanguage - Our language learning program - Vacations of 15 workdays - Gym partnership **Our Nu Way of Working**: **Diversity & Inclusion**: At Nu, we want to be sure that we're building a more diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the customers we serve and seek to empower.
