The System Merge Specialist are responsible for merging existing payroll systems. In addition, the specialist will own the start to finish of the internal clients post system merge. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating additional internal resources, and work on the setup and validation. Using their knowledge of our processes and procedures, you will assist with data validation from a wide variety of formats (including text, and comma delimited data files), using your analytical skills to research and identify any issues with the system setup or the data translations, data mapping, helping to identify root cause of the discrepancies and participate in problem solving. This position requires a detailed individual who is committed to providing the highest quality in system and software consolidation in the industry while meeting tight deadlines. You must have strong analytical skills and be very thorough and methodical.
