In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing AI-driven sales and service agents. You’ll showcase demos, guide clients through the platform, and work closely with them to map out and automate their sales or customer service processes using theBotLandplatform. Your mission: ensure satisfaction, optimize processes, and help increase service adoption! ABOUT THE ROLE Location: LATAM Set up: 100% remote Type of contract: Freelance/Project Based Contractor Salary: Pay-per-hour open to negotiation What You’ll Do Implement BotLand’s AI sales and service agent platform for clients . Lead demo sessions to potential customers and explain the platform’s capabilities. Ask relevant discovery questions to understand client needs and objectives. Map the client 's sales or service process into the BotLand platform. Configure and customize demo implementations to ensure effectiveness. Collaborate with clients to refine solutions based on feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process. Support increased service adoption and facilitate closing sales. StrongB2B sales skillsand customer -facing communication Ability to lead software demos and drive product value Comfortable working with tech platforms and onboarding new users Industrial or Software Engineering degree desirable.
