As an experienced and technical Senior Product Manager , you will drive the strategy and roadmap for our Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform. Your focus will include managing customer self-service through automation and AI Agents, enabling Linux workloads, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver world-class software systems at scale. Responsibilities - Driving growth strategy and product roadmap. - Evangelizing the product to new customers within Microsoft. - Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify product requirements, including platform owners, engineering teams, and compliance auditors. - Partnering with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to develop new features and ensure business continuity. - Managing the backlog and prioritizing features to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Delivering an enterprise-grade platform across various clouds following go-to-market strategies. - Building partnerships with technical leaders across the company. - Embodies our culture and values. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with Kubernetes or containers. Preferred: - Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational levels. - Curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. - Positive, collaborative attitude with a bias for action. - Strong cultural contribution and team-oriented mindset. - Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in fast-changing environments. - Experience with software platform development and understanding of the software development lifecycle. - Empathy for developers and customer-centric approach. - Design thinking, data-driven decision making, and analytical skills. - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and build visions and roadmaps for complex areas.
