Job Description The Category Management & Shopper Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving business growth across Latam through shopper marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that engage shoppers, build brand equity, and drive incremental sales. Key Responsibilities: - Developing shopper marketing strategies aligned with brand priorities and customer objectives. - Managing shopper agencies and developing shopper research to identify actionable insights. - Generating insight into how shoppers in LATAM make purchasing decisions. - Guiding in-store brand execution and working cross-functionally with the marketing team. - Promoting category management plans and executing category strategies based on market data and consumer behavior. Requirements: - Bachelor Degree required. - Fluent in English (oral and written). - Experience with computer programs: JDA / Spaceman, Nielsen/ Space Planning. - Ability to lead a team and take measures towards improvement (Team Leadership). - Minimum 3 - 5 years in consumer product goods Category Management, Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
