What Youll Do: Prospect & Connect Outbound calls, emails & LinkedIn outreach Respond to inbound leads with speed & precision Research new accounts using sales intelligence tools Collaborate & Represent Partner with Sales Executives for smooth handoffs Attend industry events & support booth prospecting Share market insights with sales & marketing teams Track & Report Use Salesforce to manage pipeline & KPIs Meet weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings) Maximize ROI through campaign follow-up What You Bring: 12 years in sales, business development or lead generation Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or communications Strong communication skillswritten & verbal CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Bonus Points For: Cold outreach & multichannel prospecting experience Executive-level presence & confidence Experience in janitorial or facility services industry Trade show prospecting exposure English Level: 9.010.0 (Fluent) C1 Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent Ready to be the voice that drives growth?
