Key Responsibilities: Handle patient inquiries via phone and email in a professional and empathetic manner. Schedule and confirm appointments, and manage physician calendars. Provide accurate information about our services, locations, and policies. Efficiently and effectively resolve patient issues, escalating when necessary. Maintain confidential and up-to-date patient records in our system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience. Adhere to all DHG Medical Centers' policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the healthcare sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). Demonstrated ability to actively listen and empathize with patient needs. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with computer tools and ability to quickly learn new systems. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, suitable workspace for working from home.
