Must-have Skills 8+ years of experience in data architecture, with a strong background in data engineering and analytics solutions. Deep knowledge of Python for building robust data pipelines and automation tasks. Extensive experience with DBT for data modeling, transformation, and orchestration. Advanced skills in SQL for querying, transformation, and performance tuning across large datasets. Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , including: BigQuery Cloud Functions Ability to design scalable data ingestion strategies and modeling layers that support cross-functional consumption. Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments with cross-disciplinary teams (Engineering, Data Science, AI). Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, both technical and non-technical. Ability to review, improve, and document operational and architectural standards. Nice to Have Skills Intermediate experience with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure provisioning. Familiarity with Composer (Apache Airflow) for orchestration and DAG management. Understanding of IAM on GCP for securing data and managing access. Experience with GitHub Actions for building CI/CD pipelines in data environments. Background in cost and performance optimization strategies for large-scale cloud architectures. Activities You’ll Be Responsible For Design, implement, and document data ingestion strategies and modeling layers to support all downstream teams. Collaborate actively with Engineering , Data Science , and AI teams by contributing to architectural decisions and coding alongside them. Review and enhance operational and technical standards to improve the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and increase overall reliability. Continuously monitor and implement performance, time, and cost improvements across systems and pipelines. Maintain proactive communication with the client (Liro) and all key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.
