Main Responsibilities - Design and implement labor relations strategy to ensure compliance with national labor laws. - Manage relationships with unions and employee committees, including negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements. - Advise business leaders on proper application of labor policies, disciplinary actions, and workplace climate management. - Develop initiatives to promote a positive labor culture based on respect, equity, inclusion, and trust. Requirements - Law/Labor relations professional - At least 8 years of HR experience and 5 years in labor positions - Strong labor law knowledge and management (desirable knowledge in Andean countries) - Strong people, leadership, communication, negotiation skills, drive for results under pressure, innovation
