As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by focusing on the development and enablement of our channel partners and distributors . Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with key partners, distributors, and resellers to drive lead generation and co-selling efforts. - Collaborate closely with Regional Managers to build and nurture relationships with strategic partners across the LATAM region. - Support partners by sharing relevant resources, assisting in pipeline development, and helping them understand Radware’s value proposition. - Conduct research to uncover market trends and partner-specific needs to better position Radware solutions. - Track partner activities and maintain accurate records in Oracle CRM. - Assist in the coordination of partner enablement initiatives, including webinars, training sessions, and joint campaigns. - Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and initial qualification of cloud-based opportunities. - Work alongside Sales Engineers to help partners deliver demos, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and technical workshops to clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - No prior experience is required, though a strong interest in sales and cybersecurity is essential. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle various projects simultaneously. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. - An intermediate English level is required.
