We are looking for a CountryLead for Colombia to own and drive in Drive’s end-to-endride-hailing operations in the market. You’ll be responsible forscaling our business through strategic planning, revenue growth,operational excellence, and local team leadership. This rolerequires a data-driven leader who can optimize commercialperformance, lead marketing initiatives, navigate regulatorychallenges, and build partnerships—all while executing our globalstrategy locally. What you will do: - Set the direction/visionfor the business development of the country. - Drive theachievement of business goals in the country by organizingcross-functional work of expert functions (Marketplace Efficiency,Driver Ops, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, GR, PR, HR andothers). - Perform representative functions and be the face of thecompany in the country. - Monitor and enhance key performanceindicators for cities where in Drive operates. - Identify, evaluate,and negotiate top business opportunities, ensuring their successfulexecution. - Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships withkey partners. - Drive the scaling of new product features to boostkey performance metrics. - Coordinate cross-team efforts to launchprojects and ensure growth within in Driver's operational cities. -Manage multiple projects efficiently while adapting to thecompany's rapid growth pace. - Develop great talents in your directteam. What we expect from you: - 5+ years of experience inride-hailing, mobility tech, or consumer apps, with a deepunderstanding of the Colombian market and regulatory environment. -Proven ability to develop market strategy, execute growth plans,and adapt quickly to competitive dynamics. - Strong analyticalskills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed businessdecisions. - Experience managing government relations andnavigating complex regulatory frameworks. - Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills for cross-bordercollaboration. - Leadership experience building and motivatinghigh-performing local teams. - Hands-on operational mindset withability to solve problems and drive results in a fast-pacedenvironment.
