No Relocation Assistance Offered 135500 - Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia The **Demand Services Procurement Specialist **is responsible for conducting detailed demand, spend, cost and market analysis and a structured approach to tendering and negotiating with suppliers. Develop and maintain vendor relationships including tracking and analysis of vendor spend and performance. While keeping an elevated engagement and alignment with our internal stakeholders and external partners to address the top business priorities, optimize the supply of goods and services and address cost reduction opportunities. **Responsibilities**: - Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to achieve or exceed the savings and simplification goals. - Lead or support the annual benchmarking exercise with similar companies to Colgate and internally with other Divisions. Do a deep dive in the assigned categories/country/hub. - Update annual Supplier Segmentation in the category. (I.e: Demand - Transportation, Warehousing, Customization) - Lead and track the effective contract execution and management in the assigned categories. - Lead and standardize e-Sourcing processes, create appropriate templates to facilitate this process. - Lead Tactical and Strategic sourcing initiatives as required - Support all IP transformational initiatives as required; automation, e-invoicing, p-cards, improvement supplier payment, etc. - Maintenance of Ariba Procurement tools, ie. Spend Viz, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Catalogs. - Support vendor creation process and approvals in MDM. - Lead and/or participate in supplier audits. - Follow the Global Procurement governance in all projects, CRMC (Contract Risk Management Committee) approvals, eSourcing tools, Supplier Code of Conduct sign off, etc. - Keep close contact with category/country/hub stakeholders through frequent or as requested project status updates. - Engage senior leaders in the Procurement and/or country/hub organization when there is a need to escalate any issues. - Develop and implement any related process improvement in the category. - Participate in Industry events to bring new ideas to the organization. - Follow Stakeholder engagement best practices to better understand the business needs and align on resources and priorities. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance or a related field - 4 years of experience in a procurement position. - Intermediate-advanced English level. - Experience using SAP. - Desirable experience in logistics.
