About the Role The Senior Product Support Engineer will play a critical role in offering the right mix of products, systems, solutions, and competitive intelligence tools to drive the growth of the Airside business. This individual will provide timely and knowledgeable phone/email support as well as in-depth consultation to the Field Sales Organization in North America with a focus on Airside products. This exciting role will involve working closely with the Field Sales Organization, providing voice of customer input to support Airside portfolio strategies, and participating in assigned portfolio or strategic growth projects. - Deliver sales channel training during structured training programs in support of Airside strategies. - Provide voice of customer input to support Airside portfolio strategies. - Support commercialization efforts for new or modified product launches.
