Customer Support Representative Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chatbot in a contact/service center, handling both inbound and outbound interactions, meeting service and quality standards. Resolve mainly routine problems and some more complex non-routine issues, communicating solutions or requested information to the customer. Analyze customer service needs and refer to other technical or service departments for follow-up as necessary. Use a customer relationship management application or database to record activities and investigate product information.
