Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by aggressively pursuing new business opportunities and developing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales, a passion for achieving targets, and a strong ability to persuade clients to schedule online therapy sessions. This role requires a highly motivated, driven individual with a strong desire to win and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. Job Description: Reaching out to clients and leads by phone, email, and fax Contacting and persuading the leads and clients who are on the waitlist to schedule online therapy sessions with available therapists who match their needs Answering inbound calls, replying to emails, and performing outbound calls for missed calls Understanding clients through quality conversations Developing rapport with clients by demonstrating a friendly, caring, and helpful manner to put them at ease Accurately records all information in the system/s in real-time Handling other tasks as assigned by management Collecting necessary demographic and insurance information, and handling referrals and clinical history to match clients with the most suitable provider/therapist Utilizing an EHR system in scheduling appointments, recording client information during the intake process, and updating stored information as necessary Presenting and offering our service/s to: Doctors, clinics, hospitals, etc., for referrals Private and government companies for their employees’ needs Communicating regularly with key referral sources to ensure proper placement Present services to potential customers, effectively demonstrating their value and closing leads Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth Requirements Skills/Knowledge: Must be proficient in English Strong sales, persuasion, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Ability to adapt to industry changes in policies and procedures Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills Must have a C1 (Advanced) level of English, both spoken and written Knowledge of USA insurance eligibility is an advantage but not required. Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and navigate different software, such as TheraNest, Google Workspace, Ring Central, Zoho, etc. Strong analytical and data-gathering skills Ability to work well with clients in mental or emotional distress Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently Ability to work well within a team Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to quickly identify and address solutions to complex situations Proven Sales Record: Demonstrable experience in a sales role, with a history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
