Requirements: **Education: (English Skills B1 - B2)** - Dental Assistant Certification and training as a Hygienist. - Additional certifications or training in dental assistance and treatment coordination are a plus. **Experience**: - A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in a dental clinical environment, - Experience working as a Treatment Coordinator and Clinical Assistant. - Strong experience in customer service and patient management, including experience handling difficult or upset patients **Knowledge and Skills**: - In-depth knowledge of treatment coordination and the quality control standards required for case preparation and treatment plans. - Ability to discuss and explain dental treatments to patients with confidence and handle any concerns, including avoiding refunds, based on a detailed knowledge of procedures. - Proficiency in using Patterson Eaglesoft software for clinic management and patient follow-up. - Understanding of various dental specialties, including Maxillofacial Surgery, Rehabilitation, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Implantology, as well as the procedures involved in each specialty. **Sales and Business Management Skills**: - Experience in medical/dental sales is highly advantageous, with the ability to manage relationships effectively, handle negotiations, and close business deals. **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and the dental team. - Ability to build trust with patients through empathetic and clear communication about treatments, schedules, and financial matters. **Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills**: - Ability to manage patient cases and ensure that all required documentation, treatment plans, and follow-ups are properly managed and executed. - Great attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing, scheduling, and clinical records. **Additional Qualities**: - Proactive attitude and team-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. - Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling patient concerns or treatment-related issues.
