Location: LATAM and Philippines - Remote (Working EST hours) Compensation: USD$1,200 - 1,800 /month Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor We are looking for a sharp, organized, and AI-forward professional to support our fast-paced Sales team. If you're tech-savvy, thrive in a dynamic environment, and love turning ideas into impactful, client-facing materials, this could be the role for you. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build decks and presentations, manage multiple tasks and projects, and brings structure to a fast-paced, remote team. You should love working within the Google Workspace, have an interest and knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, X, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.), feel comfortable using creative tools like Canva and Adobe Suite, and enjoy turning ideas into polished client-facing presentations. A day in the life: - Build and maintain client-facing sales decks and templates (Google Slides) with visuals, data, and structure. - Help manage timelines, deliverables, and creative asset flow across campaigns. - Maintain up-to-date sales materials, rate cards, and campaign libraries - Liaise with external vendors and internal creative teams on specifications and images. - Proficient with tools including Asana, Google Workspace, Adobe Suite and automation platforms to streamline and track work. - Comfortable with accurate data entry, setup, and project management. Qualifications: - 2+ years in sales team support & campaign coordination - Strong experience building decks and visual presentations - Proficiency with the Google Workspace (especially Slides), Canva, and basic Adobe Suite tools - Detail-oriented, organized, and fast at juggling deadlines and cross-functional work - Solid communicator who’s proactive and able to work independently - Bonus: Knowledge or experience working with DOOH (Digital Out-Of-Home) and/or ad tech and/or CTV (Connected TV) Assessment: As part of the hiring process, candidates will complete a skills assessment, which involves creating a sales deck using a provided template and instructions. The task takes approximately 24 hours.
