This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction, estimation, or project administration who’s ready to work with international teams and support insurance-related processes. You'll play a key role in preparing estimates, managing supplement documentation, and handling insurance follow-ups. Experience in the roofing industry or with construction CRMs and estimation tools is highly valued. Common platforms used by our clients include RoofLink, Xactimate, and similar systems—though training can be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update estimates based on inspections, job scopes, or adjuster reports. Assist with insurance claim processes and supplement submissions. Work within a CRM system to track jobs, update files, and maintain communication logs. Generate cost breakdowns and outline required labor and materials. Handle administrative duties such as report writing, document organization, and client communication. Maintain clear, professional communication in English (B2 or higher) with clients, adjusters, and internal teams. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in estimating, construction, budgeting, or engineering admin roles. Proficient with Excel or spreadsheets (formulas, formatting, data entry). Familiarity with interpreting construction documents. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. English level B2 or higher (you will communicate with U.S. teams daily). Tech-savvy and comfortable using new tools and software. Preferred (but not required): Experience with roofing or residential construction in any capacity. Familiarity with tools like RoofLink, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Buildertrend, or other CRMs used in construction. Exposure to insurance processes, adjuster reports, or tools like Xactimate, Symbility, etc. Background in civil or industrial engineering, construction tech, or project management. Comfortable with documentation review, supplement paperwork, and U.S. insurance terminology. 🎓 Education Degree or advanced technical training in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar is preferred.
