**About this exciting opportunity!**: We are now looking for a Data Steward, based in Colombia to join the BCS Sourcing Business Operations team for the Market Area Europe and Latin America (MELA). In this role, you will proactively recognize emerging trends, problems, gaps, and business needs and support the design, development, and implementation of business strategies, policies, processes, and tools for the area. We are searching for a diligent professional with good analytical and statistical skills, able to work independently, and interested in exploring data management responsibilities in the Sourcing domain. **What you will do**: - Visualize, analyze and model data, supporting the development of Sourcing solutions. - Secure performance, ensuring consistency and globalization whilst providing expert advice within own Functional Area. - Leads data standardization, drives domain data standardization and system alignment and improvements. - Collects and structure requirements with drive through the Sourcing Data & Analytics team - Supports process & analysis for strategic initiatives, targets, and executive leadership - Design dashboards and visualization using Ericsson tools (Tableau, Ivalua, PowerBI, etc.) that incites action within the business. - Proposes and leads any change in existing data or acquire new data in order to meet business requirements. - Ensure compliance to Sourcing process. **You will bring**: - Academic degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain related fields. - Good experience with reporting technology (Tableau, PowerBi, Business Objects, etc), Query languages (SQL, Python, etc), and Databases (Relational, SQL, or ETL frameworks) - Good knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets. - Previous experience in Sourcing roles, if it were in Telecommunications companies, would be a plus. - Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. **Why join Ericsson?**: At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
