Automation Team Lead We are seeking an experienced Automation Team Lead to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers involved in automation and commissioning projects. Job Description - We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Team Lead who can coordinate resources to attend both projects and services as well as cooperation with external offices. - The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating small teams and managing projects from start to finish. - You will be responsible for implementing and supporting the strategy defined for the Automation and Commissioning department. As a successful Automation Team Lead, you will have excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Required Skills and Qualifications - Minimum 1+ years of experience in coordination of small teams. - 5+ years of experience in automation and commissioning projects for the food & beverage industry. - Knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell & Wonderware architectures. - Knowledge in MES and DDBB systems. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and have the ability to learn quickly.
