Contract details: Permanent contract directly with Fundación, with a starting salary of COP 1,437,100 plus commissions and a transportation allowance between COP 200,000 and COP 420,000 (based on portfolio and clients). After 3 months, the basic salary may increase to approximately COP 1,663,000, and after 6 months, around COP 2,200,000, plus commissions. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm, plus the last Saturday of the month from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
