Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with customers and peers to design and implement solutions - Define and create solutions to help customers realize the full potential of their Recurly offering - Evaluate merchant integrations and offer best practice recommendations - Configure, customize, and support custom solutions - Build alliances with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams to solve problems and achieve objectives by sharing knowledge and information Required Skills: - Experience in a customer-facing role - Programming experience in a commercial/eCommerce environment, preferably with Shopify (liquid), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, etc - Shopify Development certification is a plus - Experience with integrations such as webhooks and APIs - Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies - Good communication skills Desired Skills: - Familiarity with the FinTech industry, preferably with payment gateways - Familiarity with database design and SQL development - Experience designing and developing custom integrations
