Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this is a global role that owns the strategy and execution of various people-focused projects. You will be a true partner to the business, an expert in navigating employment law globally, and work with stakeholders in multiple geographies to achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Leaders and Board on key topics: - Organizational design and workforce planning - Maximizing performance of our people - Driving business transformation - Coaching of business leaders - Business unit specific M&A; - Working closely with our Shared Service Centre team on topics such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, etc. - Culture – defining and driving a unique culture relevant to business needs - Setting and executing compensation strategy relevant to each business (fixed, variable, equity, etc.) - Driving employee engagement, leveraging tools and data provided by our Shared Service team - Managing and being our Employment Law expert, handling employee relations and other cases - Defining and rolling out policies and programs specific to business needs - Acting as a coach and mentor to individuals in our Shared Service function - Partnering closely with other Heads of People Business Partnering within the group - Participating in group-wide projects with other PBPs and / or the Shared Service team Requirements: - 10+ years of relevant regional and international experience - Proven track record as a Business Partner, including operating and influencing at C-level - Strong business acumen, desire to understand business needs - Strong partnering, coaching, analytical, and influencing skills - Ability to present at a senior level - Solid understanding of business financials - Experience working in matrix organizations - Deep international employment law knowledge across multiple markets - Experience with compensation strategies and partnering with central C&B; resources - Strong data focus – proven track record of leveraging data to support business decision-making - Proven ability to work across different cultures and diverse working styles About the Company: Talent-r is a global fintech company building a smart infrastructure to move money across borders.
