Job Description The primary function of this line of business is to set up direct deposit payments for restaurants. This is ticket-based work only and involves reviewing and validating documentation. Documents are checked for accuracy and authenticity, and the request for direct deposit setup or update is verified as coming from an authorized contact. You will also handle account- or application-related email interactions. What Will You Do? As a Bilingual Back Office Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: • Handling tickets, emails, and calls through our service lines. • Providing professional and efficient assistance. • Completing required training and meeting quality standards. Who Are We Looking For? We welcome individuals from various backgrounds who meet the following requirements: • 18 years or older. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proficiency in English (B2+) and fluency in Spanish. • Full-time availability. • On-site attendance at Calle 165 #45-46 in Bogotá. • Colombian citizenship or valid work permit.
