As a result of all this, the needs of our stakeholders continue to evolve. Roche Colombia is looking for a Healthcare System Partner based in Bogotá, Colombia. Main Responsibilities - The HSP collaborates with healthcare system stakeholders to drive innovation and generate opportunities to create value for the ecosystem and society. - The HSP helps identify, map, engage, and manage ecosystem stakeholders by developing proposals, projects, and solutions tailored to ecosystem needs. - The HSP acts as a trusted partner and the primary (but not exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, sharing the vision and value of the stakeholder community internally, prioritizing and securing resources, and driving solutions that generate faster results. Your Profile - A university degree (scientific, economic, or business degree). - An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus. - Education in Health policy will be differential in the process. - English language proficiency is required. - Experience in insurance and contracting models in the SGSSS. - Development of technical notes. - Experience in developing and/or participating in health impact projects in insurance and/or service delivery ecosystems, in high-performance teams. - Experience in developing financial or clinical management value models. - Experience in negotiation. - Deep understanding of the healthcare system, its processes, and governance. - Excellent management and customer interaction skills. - Experience leading cross-functional teams is required. - Experience in cross-functional leadership, both in formulating cross-functional strategies and organizing cross-functional teams, is a plus. - Systems thinking and attentive listening. - Strong business acumen, with experience in marketing and customer experience excellence desirable. - The ability to understand and leverage digital media and tools for the benefit of all stakeholders is highly valued. - Ability to manage complex projects. - Relevant experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. - English communication skills.
