About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts across all stages of the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Test Planning and Execution: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and procedures to ensure software quality. - Bug Identification and Reporting: Perform manual testing to identify bugs and inconsistencies in software functionality and user experience. - Collaboration with Development Team: Collaborate with the development team to understand feature requirements, identify edge cases, and ensure seamless integration. - Automation Testing: Automate tests using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar to increase efficiency and coverage. - Documentation and Communication: Maintain clear and organized documentation on test cases, processes, and issues, and communicate effectively with the team. Requirements - Experience: 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on web applications. - Technical Skills: Proficient in manual testing and automation frameworks, with a strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Methodologies: Experience working with agile development methodologies, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred).
