ROLE DESCRIPTION: The position is in Global Commercial Finance Americas Multi-Country LAC (MCLAC) Team. Acting as a Commercial Business Partner supporting the Cloud and On Premise business by: M - anaging deals: CBP supports Sales teams with deal structuring, analyzing a customer’s license history, performing quote checks, approving quotes, and preparing contracts. S - tructuring complex deals in a compliant way: CBP reports any concerns about a deal structure to the corresponding Account Executive and often schedule alignment meetings with other internal stakeholders in order to find the optimal solution. A - ct as a First Point of contact for Sales being intermediate among the multiple areas supporting the deal cycle. Position title: Global Commercial Finance Americas Multi-Country LAC (MCLAC) Team – SAP Next Gen Location: Bogotá, Colombia Duration: Temporary up to 2 years EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS: M - anage and coordinate deal support across multi-functional internal teams (Controlling, Rev Rec, CRC, Legal, Tax, etc.) on complex deals scenarios. D - rive approvals considering various factors such as: organization business targets and rules for doing business. S - erve as main point of contact for Commercial topics internally and externally. R - esponsible to ensure compliance with GFA governance processes. A - ct as transformation agent and partner with Sales to understand customer requirements to help, find or develop compliant solutions and facilitate a fast deal closure. P - rovide Sales enablement and training. D - rive change and innovation actively to improve existing processes. B - alance various projects to improve the day-to-day operations of your team. C - losely collaborate and interact with the Co-Leads h and Manager to allow one voice approach. M - aintain timely, positive and professional communication with your stakeholders to anticipate escalations. A - re a strategic thinker with an analytical mind. A - re able to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: M - ust be a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related fields V - ery good language skills in English. E - ye for detail. H - igh service, customer-oriented & solution/results-oriented. D - eliver high quality outcomes under deadline pressure and a changing environment. S - elf-starter, creative, enthusiastic, committed and determined. I - nnovative thinker, team player, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, focused on quality.
