Order Management Senior Analyst Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Order Management Senior Analyst to join our organization in the Order to Cash service line. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Main Responsibilities: - Monitor order validation exceptions to ensure accuracy and processability, identifying any discrepancies or issues that may impact order fulfillment. - Resolve issues related to order incompletion or system blocks based on business rules (products, customer segments), working closely with stakeholders to find solutions. - Block orders for delivery or billing when necessary, following up to remove blocks once issues are resolved, and liaising with distribution teams to ensure timely deliveries. - Monitor blocked orders, perform modifications upon stakeholder requests (e.g., delivery date or quantity changes), identify reasons, and document changes. - Coordinate with responsible teams to ensure proper stock allocation, manage exceptions, reschedule backorders, and investigate mitigation strategies to limit stockouts. - Ensure timely deliveries and invoicing, providing necessary shipment documentation, and maintain accurate records of order progress. - Contribute to continuous improvement of order processing as directed by the Manager or Global Process Lead, implementing best practices and streamlining processes. About You: - Experience: Prior experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, or Order to Cash roles is essential. - Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, SAP, and Excel proficiency are required. - Languages: Fluency in English is necessary; Portuguese is an asset.
