Position: Social Media Manager Location: Remote Working hours: 40 hrs per week, 8 am - 5 pm PST Scope of the Job We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and tech-oriented Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance tracking of our social media presence across multiple channels. This role goes far beyond posting pretty pictures — you'll be driving real business outcomes with data-backed decisions, automation tools, and killer content. You’ll manage everything from daily content calendars to paid social collaboration, community engagement, and performance analysis. Responsibilities - Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, Tik Tok, Facebook, and You Tube - Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement plans - Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-impact visuals and captions - Monitor trends, hashtags, and social algorithms to optimize reach and engagement - Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to tweak and adapt content - Run performance analysis with tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Meta Insights - Conduct A/B tests on posts and CTAs to improve click-throughs and conversions - Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community trust - Report on KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions Requirements - 4 years of experience in social media strategy and execution - Proven track record growing brand presence across platforms - Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and creative formats - Experience using Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar schedulers - Comfortable using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok for Business, etc. - Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics, and social metrics - Strong written English and visual communication skills - Bonus if you’ve worked with influencers, user-generated content, or paid social If you’re ready to turn creativity into strategy — and strategy into results — we want to hear from you.
