ISP Acquisition Onboarding Manager (OBM) Direct Reporting Line to: Divisional Chief Operating Officer (DCOO) – Europe, Iberia, US & Canada Dotted Reporting Line to: Group Head of Acquisition Integration Location: Flexible, Hybrid Job Overview: As an Acquisition Onboarding Manager at ISP, you will play a pivotal role in integrating newly acquired or established schools into our international network. You will lead and coordinate end-to-end post-acquisition onboarding activities, working closely with divisional, regional, and school-based teams to ensure successful project delivery. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that combines execution of tasks with project management. You will oversee the integration plan and actively contribute to critical tasks, especially in time-sensitive areas like Finance. You’ll be responsible for the onboarding timeline, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. You will promote collaboration, structure, and transparency, using monday.com for project management, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining momentum. The role requires excellent communication, adaptability, and a proactive approach to ensure efficient, structured, and tailored integrations. Key Responsibilities Regional Management & Support: Lead the development of customized onboarding project plans in monday.com for each school, ensuring alignment with ISP’s framework and timelines. Guide regional and school teams on their onboarding responsibilities and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify delays, assess risks, and coordinate corrective actions. Support in completing time-critical tasks, especially where capacity challenges exist. Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize resources and manage project load. Integration Planning & Execution: Review acquisition documents to ensure obligations and timelines are incorporated into the onboarding plan. Tailor task lists across departments to reflect each school’s structure and priorities. Collaborate with other managers to improve the integration process. Conduct regular status meetings and escalate risks as needed. monday.com Administration & Reporting: Maintain and update project boards, ensuring real-time accuracy. Train staff on monday.com usage. Develop dashboards and reports for leadership. Ensure transparent reporting for strategic decisions. Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main link between various teams to share information and objectives. Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration. Promote knowledge sharing and process improvement. Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Serve as the initial escalation point for challenges. Track lessons learned and suggest process improvements. Balance standardization with regional and school-specific flexibility. Experience, Qualifications and Skills Education & Experience: Finance qualification or master’s in business/admin, with project management or M&A; experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, especially monday.com, Excel, Power Point. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, capable of influencing and building relationships. Change Management: Experience guiding teams through change. Organizational Skills: Excellent at multitasking and prioritization. Language: Fluent English; additional languages (Polish, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian) are a plus. Teamwork & Independence: Able to work independently and collaboratively. Adaptability: Flexible to different working styles and demands. Work Environment Location: Remote/Flexible, with travel to schools as needed. Hours: Willing to work flexible hours.
