Teaching & Leadership The Homeroom Teacher will establish a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that reflects Montessori values of independence and mutual respect. They will monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies for academic support or enrichment. Building strong relationships with students to support their social and emotional well-being is also an essential aspect of this role.
