The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for executing marketing strategy across social media, email marketing, lead generation, and CRM management. You will set up and manage automated systems to generate, track, and nurture leads from multiple sources (social media, email marketing, inbound campaigns), ensuring a structured and organized marketing funnel inside Zoho CRM and Marketing Automation. Your role is both strategic and tactical—you will implement campaigns, optimize workflows, and continuously improve marketing efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) Primary Focus: LinkedIn - Grow the company presence through engagement, content creation, and targeted outreach Secondary Focus: Instagram & Facebook - Maintain and optimize content strategies for broader brand visibility Tactical Execution: Create graphics and post content using Zoho Social Schedule and publish 3-4 posts per week across all platforms, including 1 reel per week Engage with targeted accounts by commenting, liking, and sending connection requests Monitor and analyze post performance, adjusting strategies for better engagement 2. Lead Generation & CRM Management (Zoho CRM & LinkedIn Sales Navigator) A. Web Scraping & Lead Sourcing: Research and collect high-potential leads across Canada & the USA Maintain a structured database of leads, ensuring they are properly categorized in Zoho CRM B. Zoho CRM Management: Ensure all leads are organized, segmented, and tracked in the CRM Connect Zoho CRM with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track outreach activity Automate lead scoring and prioritize follow-ups based on engagement levels Remove duplicates, update missing contact details, and ensure data integrity C. LinkedIn Outreach (Sales Navigator): Send personalized connection requests to targeted leads weekly Track outreach and responses, ensuring follow-ups are executed properly Sync LinkedIn activity with Zoho CRM for lead tracking and reporting 3. Email Marketing & Automation (Zoho Marketing Automation) A. Email Campaign Execution: Manage and segment CRM contacts for targeted email campaigns Set up and test drip sequences, ensuring proper formatting and functionality Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversions, optimizing for better engagement Ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations and best practices B. CRM Segmentation & Campaign Personalization: Create dynamic lead segments based on behavior and engagement Build separate nurture sequences for cold leads, warm prospects, and past clients Automate follow-ups based on lead interaction and CRM scoring 4. Performance Tracking & Marketing Optimization Monitor Zoho dashboards to track marketing performance Prepare monthly reports on lead generation, email campaigns, and social media growth. Identify efficiency improvements in Zoho CRM (e.g., workflow automations, custom dashboards, AI-based scoring) Work with leadership to refine and improve marketing funnels based on performance data 5.
