**Job Title**: Account Executive **Location**: (Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time hours) **Client Regions**: United States & South America **About the Role**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in both the U.S. and South America. - Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to potential clients, articulating the value proposition effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Account Executive with a proven track record in closing sales. - Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. - Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team goals. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time hours. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience in B2B sales across diverse industries. - Knowledge of the cultural nuances and business practices in both U.S. and South American markets. - Previous experience working in a fully remote environment. **What We Offer**: - Flexible remote work environment with a focus on work-life balance. - Opportunity to work with a diverse client base across multiple regions. - Supportive team culture with opportunities for professional growth and development. **Application Process**: Compensation Range: $12K - $16.8K
